Conference fee
The conference fee per person includes handouts, lunch & drinks, evening events and simultaneous interpretation:
Please note: the City of Vienna covers in the sense of the BLSG cooperation (Federal, Provinces, Municipalities, Regions) the costs for all employees from the public sector in Austria to this event. Your participation is free of charge, please use the registration form below.
- participants from the public sector international: € 400,00
- participants from the private sector: € 990,00
- accompanying person (evening events): € 150,00
(in Austria +VAT)
No conference fee for speakers and presenters / chairpersons. Accommodation is not included.
Special discounts:
- 5% discount per person for two registrations
- 10% discount per person for three registrations
- 15% discount per person for four registrations
Please note: Special conditions apply for members of the Austrian Association of Cities and Towns (Städtebund). For more details please visit www.staedtebund.gv.at
Cancellation policy:
You may cancel your registration free of charge by 31 May 2012. Please note that there is a processing fee of €75 for cancellations after that date. All cancellations must be received in writing. It is free of charge if you arrange for a substitute to participate in the conference. The programme is subject to change.
Payment:
Payment via bank transfer. You will receive an invoice with all further details immediately after your registration.
